HAHAHAHA! Someone at United just got fired because as of right now 6.2 million people, if they have the choice will choose another corporation for an identical flight as United’s offer to them. I know I will. Of course except for Delta they would have burned the guitar. HAHAHAHAHA they told him to “screw off”. And now his leverage is so high because of so many views he can politely say “Well you scew me I’ll screw you United”.
United Airlines is terrible. i flew to Vietnam, and it was about 20 hours, and United Airlines served 1 pack of instant noodle for 2 meals or an alternative 1 cold crappy sandwich. Flight attendants were hella rude. They yelled back at customers!

United, although they suck, is not alone in their anti-customer attitude…as long as demand exceeds the “supply” the airline industry will continue to treat customers with contempt
United’s per share price is actually up 178% from when this video came out on 7-6-09. Per share price then was $3.34. Per share price at the close of business on 12-2-09 was $9.29.
United’s earnings for the year so far are awful. But then American and Delta are suffering as well. These three legacy carriers will probably go through another round of cost cutting in 2010.

HEY – DELTA BREAKS GUITARS TOO! MAybe they hired the same luggage thugs from United? My buddy just picked his kid up after an LAX-CVG flight and the case was crushed and the back of the guitar was kicked in.

Love it! I congratulate Carroll on using his talent to take a big corporation to task. If it was my luggage I would still be fighting with them or have run out of options. I got the same arrogant indifference from Shell 26 years ago and have not used their products since and the same goes for the Comfort Inns chain. I can only boycott them and that doesn’t seem to make any difference to them. The bigger the company, the more indifferent and arrogant they become.

Good for you dude…..that is what is wrong with the U.S. and “big corporations”–they seem to have grown to big to care who made them big and keep them big…..OUr family boycotts businesses after stuff like this but the negative publicity I hope hurts them…..

I’ve heard stories about some of those workers on the tarmac. They aren’t paid well and I guess have little concern for themselves or those who can actually afford to fly. Its a shame but its United’s responsibility. Don’t expect improvement to come and/or last.
